Terms of Service
A shared understanding for playing, creating and connecting your own coding assistant.

About these terms
These terms cover the CalculaGames website, games, project workspace and optional coding-agent connection, operated by Samuel Sooter under the name CalculaGames. Please read them before using these services. By using the services after being presented with these terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; separate parental consent is required for the child-profile features described in the Account & Family Privacy notice.
Accounts and family profiles
Independent accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your login information secure, provide accurate account information, and use only accounts and projects you are authorized to access. Notify support@calculagames.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children use parent-managed profiles only after the site's required parent or legal-guardian consent process. A parent manages permissions and reviews activity. Child profiles do not have independent email/password accounts or coding-agent connections. Do not use an adult account to bypass child protections. A parent's consent to private saving is not permission to publish a child's game or share child data with an AI provider.
Your creations and optional publication
You retain whatever ownership rights you have in your original code and other content. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload, use and share it. CalculaGames needs permission to store, process and display your content to you to provide the features you request; uploading a private project does not make it public or grant permission to use it for AI training.
If you choose public game submission, you authorize CalculaGames to review the submitted copy and, if approved, host and display its code, title, descriptions and chosen creator nickname to visitors. Adult submissions require site review. Child submissions additionally require separate parental publication permission and approval of the specific submitted version. Changes require a new submission and approvals. Publication is never guaranteed.
You can withdraw submissions and unpublish games using My Account. Visitors can inspect and copy publicly delivered code; we cannot recall copies they have already made. Public availability alone does not grant visitors an unrestricted license to republish your work. Respect any applicable author or library license.
Optional coding assistants
Connecting an external assistant is optional and limited to a saved adult project you select. The connection permits reading that project's title and source, reading runtime documentation, proposing replacement code and checking proposal status. It does not permit the agent to save or publish games, manage accounts or access child projects.
Your chosen provider processes the project content under its own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for meeting that provider's eligibility requirements and any subscription or usage charges it imposes. CalculaGames does not provide an AI subscription through this connection and is not endorsed by OpenAI or other assistant providers.
Review proposed code before applying it, test it, and decide whether to save it. AI output may contain errors, insecure behavior or material you do not have rights to use. Neither the assistant nor site review guarantees correctness, originality or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not include secrets or sensitive personal information in project code or tool requests.
Connections expire after at most 30 days and can be revoked in the editor at any time. Revocation stops further access but cannot erase copies already received by another provider. See agent privacy and the connection guide.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people. Do not upload malware, steal credentials, harass others, expose private information, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful content, evade consent or access controls, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to escape the code sandbox or obtain another person's private projects. Do not publish identifying information about a child.
We may reject submissions, remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security problems or legal obligations. You may contact support to report a problem or ask for a decision to be reviewed.
Availability, educational use and responsibility
Games and simulations are for learning, experimentation and entertainment. Simplified models are not professional advice or a basis for safety-critical decisions. Keep your own copies of work you need. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Leaving the service and changes
You may stop using the service, disconnect agents and delete projects or your account through the available controls. Retention and deletion, including backups, are described in the privacy notices. We will identify updates with a new effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. These terms do not retroactively authorize new uses of your private data.
